Monthly Meditation and Pranayama Class at The Yoga Therapy Lounge in Hull

This class will focus on various breathing and meditation techniques to encourage concentration, focus and calm your mind, relieve anxiety and stress, and encourage you to practice to create stillness and inner peace.

Deepen your breathe- Learn various Pranayama techniques to encourage clarity of mind, concentration and breath awareness

Saturday 12th September

Mudra and mantra - Learn various techniques to encourage balance, reduce stress and anxiety and focus your mind

Saturday 10th October

Mindfulness Meditation- Mindfulness is "the intentional, accepting and non-judgmental focus of one's attention on the emotions, thoughts and sensations occurring in the present moment"

Classes are available at 9.30am and 11am - £6 per person
